System of arrangement
This series has been arranged into ten subseries. The first contains general plans of the terminus. These are followed by plans of the foreman's cottage and company offices, then the company warehouses, sheds and stables. Placed after these are warehouses and premises belonging to different companies. At the end of the series are plans of wharves, paving at the terminus and plans concerning the Bradford Corporation Electric Supply Mains Department. Within each subseries (except BW79/9/3) the records have been arranged chronologically, except where plans relate to each other, in which case they have been kept together, slightly altering the chronological sequence.
