Steam tunnel tug with guide wheels exiting Barnton Tunnel on the Trent and Mersey Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the towpath, shows the steam tug having just exited the tunnel with a man at the tiller. The bow of a narrowboat being towed is visible inside the tunnel. There is a woman in a dress and hat stood on the towpath and there appears to be a boatwoman walking in the background.
