Black and white photograph taken by Cyril Arapoff at the Burslem Arm of the Trent and Mersey Canal. Shows Malkins Mill and sheds overhanging the canal basin on the left of the photograph, there is a horse on the towpath to the right of the canal. Numerous chimneys and bottle-kilns of the Trent New Wharf Potteries are visible in the background.
