Black and white photograph taken by H C Casserley showing a pair of Fellows, Morton & Clayton Limited narrowboats, the motor 'Gardenia' (with BCN plate number 1942 on the front), and the butty 'Grete' entering a lock at Berkhamsted. Taken from the side of the canal showing the front of 'Gardenia' who has already entered the lock, 'Grete' can be seen in the background.
