Grand Union Canal Company motor 'Aber' in Berkhamsted
Description
Black and white photograph taken by H C Casserley of the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company Limited motor narrowboat "Aber" (which is written on the side of the cabin along with "G. U. C. C. Co. Ltd", the fleet number "101"and "Reg at Coventry No 143") in Berkhamsted. Taken showing the stern of the boat, there is a man stood by the cabin holding the tiller and a traditional cratch headlamp is visible in the engineroom doorway.
