Collection of photographs taken by Gerry Freeman, comprising of photographic colour slides showing various views of the Boat Museum (now National Waterways Museum) in Ellesmere Port as well as photographs mounted on boards, both colour and monochrome depicting ships on the Manchester Ship Canal and narrowboats on various canals.

Gerry Freeman is a keen amateur photographer, who lives locally to the National Waterways Museum in Ellesmere Port. He is a member of the Ellesmere Port Photography Society, formerly Shell Club photography society and Whitby Photography Society. During his time as a member he entered multiple competitions and was the recipient of several awards.
