"...with the proposed water level and railways from Loughborough to the coal mines at Swannington, Coleorton, and Thringston Commons: and the Lime Works at Cloud Hill, Barrow Hill, and Gracedieu. Also of the intended navigation from the Leicester Navigation to Melton Mowbray." Gives lengths for Leicester Navigation. Later annotations. In ink "Survey'd in 1790 by Chris[tophe]r Staveley Jun[io]r." William Jessop, engineer to the works in 1791.
