The Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is part of a national partnership of 47 local wildlife trusts with a junior branch called 'Wildlife Watch'. The Trust was formed in 1961 by a group of local people. The Trust own and manage Coombe Hill Canal to provide a habitat for aquatic and bankside plants, wetland and other birds and dragonflies.
It has not been possible to ascertain any original structure of record-keeping from the small number of records held for this company. The fonds has therefore been arranged in chronological order.
