The Leeds & Liverpool Canal at Dowley Gap

Description

Views of the staircase lock and the bridge above, Scourer Bridge no 205 a loaded short boat can be seen negotiating the locks and passing under the bridge, the roofs of cottages can be seen below the lock. Views of Dowley Gap aqueduct from below and of a maintenance boat with a derrick crane at one end of the aqueduct.
