View of a derelict lock probably Birdham Lock showing a pair of derlict gates and a wooden dam across the canal.
July 2017 - from information received it is believed that Thomas Dimes was lock-keeper at Birdham Lock from some time in the 1890s until his death in 1907 aged 84.
