Includes notes on trips taken by HR Dunkley on working boats. Lists of Birmingham gauged boats taken form loose sheets found at Sutton Stop canal office dated 1900-1944. Notes on Daventry Registration numbers 305-545, Rickmansworth registrations 1-201, Brentford registrations 320-625, Tring registrations 13-131 and Worcester registration number 1. List of Barlows boats registered at Coventry. List of FMC boats taken over by the DIWE in 1949. Incomplete list of registration authorities. Numerical list of FMC boats. List of Raiway Executive, London Midland region boats, fleet numbers 1-102 and railway boats extant in 1951. In back of book are notes on a speech on cheap Labour policies.
