Horse drawn narrowboats moored on the Bridgewater Canal

Description

Black and white photograph showing the Simpson, Davies & Sons of Runcorn's narrowboats "Clio" and "Alice" (both written on the sterns of the boats) moored at a wharf on the canal. "Alice" is number "202". There is a woman stood by the entrance to the cabin of "Clio" looking towards the camera. There are other narrowboats moored on the canal which has buildings alongside it, there is a bridge in the distance.
