Description
Black and white photograph showing the lock-keeper W H Smith holding a cat, he is stood at the entrance to the hut. Above the entrance to the hut there is a sign which reads "No Thoroughfare - The Company's Servants Have Strict Orders To Give Trespassers To The Custody Of The Police. Regents Canal And Dock Company By Order".
