FMC Vulcan being re-fitted and painted inside a warehouse in Walsall. The boat was the gift of Ernest Thomas to three youth clubs in Wolverhampton.
Description
Black and white photograph showing the boat which was a gift to the youth of Walsall from boat owner Ernest Thomas. Shows the bow of the boat with 2 men painting the cabin. The boat, formerly FMC Vulcan, was re-named "Ernest Thomas" when it went into service.
