Pair of Ovaltine narrowboats at Berkhamsted Locks on the Grand Union Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from beside the canal looking towards the sterns of the boats (a motor and a butty), they are breasted up and about to enter a lock. There is a boatwoman at the stern of one of the narrowboats and other people visible by the lock gates. [Photograph by J A Patrick].
