Barge on an icy Grand Junction Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from above the canal, the barge is loaded with various items including what appear to be barrels. There are men on the barge and stood beside the canal, there are wooden planks between the barge and the side of the canal. The canal has ice on it and in the background the land is covered in snow. [The barge is possibly 'Carnation'].
