Steam tug 'Buffalo' and boat people on the Paddington Arm of the Grand Junction Canal
Black and white photograph showing the steamer with numerous boat people on board, these include W T Stanton (2nd from right) and his brother in law H Cooper (1st right). The boat has 4 separate cabins and quite a long stern. In the background Harrow Road Lock Bridge and narrowboats are visible, there are also houses above the canal bank. [Owner of 'Buffalo' was William Mead & Company].
