"Canal Tunnel. Stoke Bruerne"
Description
Black and white photograph taken from beside the canal at the south end of Blisworth Tunnel. There are a pair of horse boats waiting to enter the tunnel, the stern of one of the boats is in the foreground with a water barrel on the cabin. The tunnel tug "Pilot" is on the opposite side of the canal, there is a large amount of steam coming from its chimney which slightly obscures the photograph.
