Tunnel tug 'Pilot' at the southern entrance of Blisworth Tunnel on the Grand Junction Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the canal embankment, shows traces of a landslide which occured shortly before the photograph was taken. The tug is facing the entrance to the tunnel. In the background the course of the Blisworth Hilll Tramway can be seen as a ledge in the hillside at the base of the telegraph pole.
