Fly boat 'Duchess Countess' on the Bridgewater Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the towpath looking towards the bow of the boat, it is being hauled by one horse which cannot be seen. There is a boat person visible at the stern. The boat is 300 yards on the Runcorn side of Broadheath Bridge and is looking towards Manchester. There are industrial buildings in the background.
