Description
Black and white photograph showing the British Waterways motor "Cormorant"and the ex Fellows, Morton & Clayton Limited butty 'Hilda' (No 158, BCN 1693, UXB 571) tied up next to a barge. A pile of small concrete blocks is being hung over the open hold of 'Hilda', there are boat children and boatmen visible on the narrowboats and the barge. There is a ferro-concrete barge in the background and industrial buildings beside the river.
