Old and new basins at Weston Point on the River Weaver
Description
Black and white photograph taken from a bridge at the entrance to the old basin, there is a pair of lock gates in the foreground. There are vessels in both basins including sailing ships, there are industrial buildings, cranes and materials [probably China clay] piled up beside the river. There is also a house in the foreground.
