Description

Black and white photograph showing tubes being transported from a narrowboat to a barge by crane, there are workmen assisting the transshipment. There are several narrowboats moored in the background and a small lighthouse is visible. [The tubes were brought from Wolverhampton and were to be transshipped to a sea going vessel at Liverpool].
