Black and white photograph of the London Haulage Company tug "Bess" boarding guests of the owners at Westminster Pier. Photograph appears to have been taken from Westminster Bridge looking down on tug and people boarding it. [Some of the guests are members of the Bushell family and are being taken for a better view of the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race, similar to BW192/3/1/9/5/2].
