Pair of 'Ovaltine' narrowboats in the bottom lock at Buckby
Description
Black and white photograph showing a pair of 'Ovaltine' narrowboats, a butty and a motor, in the lock at Buckby [as in BW192/3/1/7/1]. Taken from the side of the lock, there is a person working the lock gate, several people outside "The Spotted Cow" public house which is on the opposite side of the canal, and a pair of Grand Union Canal Carrying Company narrowboats on the canal below the lock , one of which is the motor "Slinfold".
