Piling using a mechanical shovel and narrowboat 'Lark' on the Shropshire Union Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the side of the canal, shows piling along the canal with the mechanical shovels in the distance. One of the shovels is on the narrowboat "Lark", the stern of the boat is facing the camera. There is another narrowboat travelling on the canal next to "Lark", it is moving away from the camera with a man steering. There are workmen by the canal working on the piling.
