Barge 'Spark Bea' being loaded on the Aire and Calder Navigation, possibly Castleford or Stanley Ferry.
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the side of the canal, the barge is being loaded with coal through a shute by a "Cawoods" lorry. The barge has "Spark Bea" written on the front of the hold. There are people stood by the canal. There is another barge and shute in the background further along the canal.
