Motor narrowboat 'Wasp' at Samuel Barlow Coal Company Limited's dock in Braunston
Description
Black and white photograph showing the narrowboat moored at the dock in Braunston. Taken looking across the Grand Union Canal towards the back end of the boat, "Samuel Barlow Coal Co Ltd", "Coal Contractors", "Birmingham No 28", and "Wasp O.C. 5659" are written on the cabin. Behind the boat there is a covered area of the dock with a sign on the roof, part of which reads "Samuel Barlow Coal Co Ltd Boat Builders & Engineers" and "Boat Dock". Part of another narrowboat is visible behind 'Wasp'.
