Emanuel Smith narrowboats 'Badenpowell' and 'Daventry' on the Grand Junction Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken by T W Millner from the side of the canal, shows the horse boats side by side on the canal with "Badenpowell" in front of "Daventry". The cabin of "Badenpowell" can be seen with "Emanuel Smith Brentford" and "Registered at Daventry No 161" visible on the side. There are several boat people stood on and by the boats along with a horse on the towpath.
