Narrowboat butty passing through the middle lock at Hillmorton on the Oxford Cana. Possibly one of Jim Jackson's boats, with his wife Agnes standing on the lock gate.
Description
Black and white photograph taken from further down the lock, a boat woman is stood on the lock gate in front of the boat. Behind them is the lock-keepers cottage which has a gas lamp on the wall.
