Description
Black and white photograph showing Bill Hambridge going up Brentford Locks with a pair of Grand Union Canal Carrying Company Limited narrowboats. The narrowboats are the motor 'Epsom' and butty "Cardiff" (name is written on the back of the boat). Taken looking at the back ends of the boats, "G. U. C. C. Co Ltd" is visible on both cabins. There is a man and a woman stood on 'Epsom' and the lock can be seen in the distance.
