Description
Black and white photograph showing the "Grand Union Canal Carrying Co. Ltd." (written on the cover of the boat) butty narrowboat 'Uttoxeter' at Stoke Bruerne. The boat is moored on the side of the canal opposite the Boat Inn, there are other buildings along the canal and a bridge in the distance. Photograph taken from the side of the canal looking towards the back end of the boat, there is writing visible on the side of the cabin but only "G. U. C. C. Co Ltd" is readable.
