John Dickinson steam boat 'Countess' at Apsley Mill
Description
Black and white photograph of the John Dickinson & Company Limited steam boat "Countess" in John Dickinson's South End Wharf at Apsley Mill. Taken showing one side of the boat, the company and boat name are visible on the side of the cabin, as well as "Registered at Birmingham No 897". There is a ventilator through the roof for the steamers' funnel smoke and there are people stood on and around the boat.
