Description
Black and white photograph of the lower basin and entrance to the lower basin at the bottom of the inclined plane. Taken to the right side of the plane looking down on the basin, to the left of the photograph is the bottom of the incline, and straight ahead is the entrance to the lower basin and the brick arch bridge. There are two people working in the photograph and a few buildings can be seen in the background.
