Description
Daily accounts of a trip to Lyme Regis in March and April, a trip on the River Stort in May, and a trip on the Grand Union Canal in August. Includes various items from and about places on the trip, for example postcards and newspaper cuttings, several of which concern the stricken oil tanker the 'Torrey Canyon' off the south-west coast. There are also miscellaneous newspaper cuttings regarding global events, for example Sir Francis Chichester sailing solo around the world. Contains 12 sketches.
