Copies and summaries of agreements between the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Company and individuals/ companies for use or lease of the land/ premises on the Manchester, Bolton and Bury Canal, or use of canal water. Includes annotations where agreements amended or cancelled. From 1923 agreements are made with London, Midland and Scottish Railways. Original reference numbers for documents 202-244 (in black) are struck out and new reference numbers are added in red pencil. Not all documents in the sequence 202-296 are present.
