The Dock's Engineers Committee was a British Transport Commission Inter-Divisional Committee dealing with activities common to the Docks and Inland Waterways Executive and the Railways Executive. It was chaired by Mr W MacKenzie, chief engineer for Humber Ports and Middlesborough and Hartlepool Docks. Following the reorganisation of the British Transport Commission after the Transport Act of 1955 the committee was retained.
