Description
Two blank boat permits issued by the British Railways Board for use of a boat on the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal. One is stamped "Under 21" in pink ink; the other is crossed through and endorsed "Specimen of cards to be issued to persons over 21 years of age under separate agreements".
