Description
Contract between the Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations and Mr George Meakin to construct the Netherton Canal and Tunnel. Includes copy of George Meakins' tender for the contract submitted to the Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations in November 1855. Contract signed by "Geo Meakin".
