Shows Summer Row, Newhall Street, Great Charles Street, Lionel Street, Ludgate Hill, Fleet Street, Water Street and Livery Street. Declaration that this plan shows the definitive boundaries between the Colmore (Newhall) Estate and the property of the Birmingham Canal Company. Signed by William Mynors Smythe, solicitor and agent to the Newhall Estate, and G R Jebb, engineer to the Birmingham Canal Company, 7 March 1891. Note of land sold in 1901. Marked "Cheshire, Gibson, Son and Fowler, Birmingham".
