Note "From surveys made in 1820 & 1830, by Will[ia]m Fowler" and "Copied in 1873-From plotting Plans by Will[ia]m Fowler & Son." Endorsed "Land bought from Wyrley Birch at Tipton Green Ocker Hill etc."
