Shows proposed 2420 yard tunnel. Note "The Levels taken under the Direction of J.U.Rastrick Esqre. F.R.S. F.A.S. C.E. by J.S.Valentine Novr 30th 1840 J.S.Valentine [signature]". "Deposited in the office of the Clerk of the Peace for the County of Stafford at Stafford in the said County the thirteenth day of November 1840..." Endorsed "Section of proposed Canal Tipton to Kingswinford".
