Signed by George William Keeling and J A Lon[illegible]. "Proposed New Parapet" is annotated "work completed Sept 14/10 W811/10". Hamiltons Windsor Ironworks Ltd and the [Great Western Railway] Engineer's Department, Western Division, Derby.
