Note on first page "Book of Records Comprising a continuous chronological resume of the affairs of the River Lee from the year 1719 to the present time. A Prefatory Note and Explanatory Key of the contents and arrangement of the volume is written and bound in separate book form. The work was compiled (at the request of George Corble Esq.) during the years 1885 to 1895 by Fk.[Frank] Wm.[William] Randall (late H.M. Civil Service) Witness [signed] Geo. Corble Clerk to the Board." Covers all business concerning the River Lee.
