System of arrangement

This series has been divided into seven subseries. Manager's reports for directors have been placed first, followed by manager's correspondence. These are followed by the work manager's reports to the directors, then general reports. Correspondence, petitions and then general papers are placed at the end. The records within each subseries have generally been arranged chronologically while keeping records relating to each other together. This means that some records may fall slightly out of the chronological sequence.
