System of arrangement
This series has been divided into six subseries. Acts and Bills have been placed first, followed by byelaws and regulations. These are followed by Minutes, then agreements. Deeds then general papers are placed at the end. The records within each subseries have generally been arranged chronologically while keeping records relating to each other together. This means that some records may fall slightly out of the chronological sequence.
