Description
Arranged at a meeting at Bridgewater House, Runcorn. Agreement concerning plots of land to be conveyed by the company to the Trustees, Delamere Dock, construction of a railway, passage along the Weston Canal. Further clauses added at a later date. Annotations in red ink concerning parts of the agreement. Cover letter attached to agreement.
