Mr A J Harmsworth on his narrowboat 'Basingstoke' on the Basingstoke Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the side of the canal looking towards the stern of the narrowboat, Mr A J Harmsworth is stood on top of the cabin with another man steering the boat. On the side of the cabin is written "AJ Harmsworth & Sons Aldershot" and "Registered Port of London". [This trip was the last attempt to keep the Basingstoke Canal open]
