Description
Black and white photograph showing boat people and narrowboats at a stoppage at Cowroast Locks on the Grand Junction Canal. In the foreground there are boat children sat on grass beside the canal, a pair of "Emanuel Smith Brentford" narrowboats are visible including "Richmond". The narrowboats stretch into the distance where there is a bridge and some houses.
