Samuel Barlow Coal Company Limited motors 'Ian' and 'Winston' on the Grand Union Canal
Description
Black and white photograph looking across the canal, shows the stern and cabin of both narrowboats. The company name is painted on both boats, on "Ian" the name is visible along with "Birmingham. No 72" and "Registered at Daventry No 545". On 'Winston', "Registered at Daventry No 523" can be seen. There is a boatman stood behind the cabin of 'Winston', the boats are moored in front of a building.
